| Access Identifier  | User name and Password                                    | You can give a User name and Password for login.                                                                                            |
|                    | Authorisation group                                       | You can select the Authorisation group for giving the appropiate access to your new user either administrator or assistant.                 |
|                    | Location                                                  | You can choose locations for your new user.                                                                                                 |
| Assistant Data     | First name, Last name, Telephone, Fax and Email address.  | You can give user's First name, Last name, Telephone, Fax and Email address.                                                                |
|                    | Language                                                  | You can choose the preffered Language for your new user and when the user will use the application, the chosen language will be displayed.  |
